Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Andrew’s Bowling & Lounge

Effective Date: March 23, 2026

Andrew’s Bowling & Lounge is committed to providing an enjoyable experience for all guests. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and credits may be issued.

1. General Policy

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in this policy.

  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion based on the circumstances.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.

2. Lane Reservations and Bookings

  • Cancellations:
    Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the reservation may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

  • Late Cancellations / No-Shows:
    Cancellations made after the allowed timeframe or failure to show up for a reservation are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling:
    We may offer the option to reschedule your booking instead of providing a refund, subject to availability.

3. Event and Party Bookings

  • Deposits for group events, parties, or corporate bookings may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Changes to event details (date, time, number of guests) must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Refunds for prepaid events may be issued only if cancellation occurs within the agreed cancellation window.

4. Walk-In Play and In-House Purchases

  • Games, food, beverages, and other in-house purchases are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

  • If an issue arises with your experience, please notify staff immediately so we can attempt to resolve it.

5. Equipment or Facility Issues

  • If a lane, equipment malfunction, or facility issue significantly impacts your experience, we may offer:

    • A partial refund

    • A credit for future use

    • Additional time or service

This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

6. Gift Cards and Promotions

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

  • Promotional offers, discounts, or special pricing are final sale and not eligible for refunds.

7. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment whenever possible.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to be completed.
